Bizzio AI

An assistant built into Bizzio that answers in natural language using company data and user guides, prepares documents, emails, and records, and lets you confirm them with a button. Everything is subject to the permissions of the user asking the question.

Working with the Chat

The panel on the right in Bizzio: ask questions in natural language and get answers with their sources and buttons for the next step.

  • Natural-language questions

Ask about sales, stock, documents, customers, or how to use Bizzio. Each answer identifies the report or guide it comes from.

How much have we sold this month by location?
  • Buttons for quick answers

When the assistant asks you to choose (which item, which period, yes or no), the options appear as buttons. When choosing a customer or item, the button selects that exact record. Your text in the input field is preserved.

Show me only the Ruse location
  • Overview on opening No AI cost

Yesterday's sales compared with the same day last week, and month-to-date sales compared with last month — instantly, without AI.

  • “Today” No AI cost

Counter buttons at the top of the chat show your tasks for today, overdue customer invoices, overdue supplier invoices and invoices due within 7 days, unfulfilled orders, late deliveries, batches expiring within 7 days, and today's alerts. Click a counter to ask about it.

    ⏰ 5 overdue invoices (3 customers)
  • ⚡ Quick menu

Ready-made questions by topic — sales, inventory, documents, customers, money, prices, CRM, email, and help — limited to what you are authorised to access. Questions containing “…” can be completed.

    Tell me about customer …
  • ⭐ Favourite questions

Click ☆ below an answer to save the question. Favourites appear first in the quick menu and at the top of the chat — ideal for reports you run every week.

  • “Related” items below the answer

Customers and items mentioned in an answer are buttons. Click one to see available actions: overview, unpaid invoices, monthly sales, product recommendations, a new quote, a reminder, what to order, recent documents, and contacts. For an item, you can view stock, prices, and who buys it. For documents, “⋯” opens details, line-item availability, and the customer's unpaid invoices.

  • Suggested follow-up questions

After a report, buttons suggest natural next steps — compare with last year, break down by week, or identify which items are growing or declining.

Compare with the same period last year
  • Aware of the open record

When a document or module is open, relevant questions appear at the top. “This document” refers to the one currently open.

    Explain document “Invoice No. 1234”
  • Ask about a file

Attach a PDF, image, Excel, CSV, or text file to your question — such as a price list, invoice, or list.

Compare the prices in this list with ours
  • Table, chart, Excel, and report

For report answers, the chat displays a table and chart, with “Export to Excel” for the full list and “Open in report” to open the Bizzio report with the same filters.

  • See what it is doing

While processing, it shows the current step (“Searching for Ivanov…”, “Running the Stock Turnover report…”) and a counter. “Stop” cancels the request on the server too, so you can submit a new one immediately.

  • Convenience features

💬 — your last 15 conversations (from the past 14 days, on this computer) can be resumed or deleted; ↑ restores the last question; “↻ Try again” retries after an error. You can copy and rate answers 👍/👎 and enter multi-line text. Very large reports run only after you click “Run report”.

Sales & Analytics

Answers come from Bizzio reports and respect the user's permissions. Profit data is available only to users authorised to view it.

  • Sales and profit

By location, item, group, customer, user, day, week, or month; rankings; net of returns.

What are the top 10 items by profit for September?
  • Why did revenue change?

Compares the period with the previous period or the same period last year, identifying which groups, items, or customers explain the change — new or lost customers, fewer sales, or smaller transactions.

Why is revenue lower this month than last month?
  • Why did profit change?

Breaks down the change from the previous period by item: quantities, prices and discounts, cost of goods, new items, and items no longer being sold. The components add up exactly to the total change. Also includes the number of sales and average transaction value.

Why did profit fall this month?
  • Compare stores and employees

Compare locations, salespeople, or agents side by side: revenue, number of sales, average transaction value, returns, margin (with profit permissions), growth, and share — see who leads and who is falling behind.

Compare stores over the last 30 days
  • Agent targets and commissions

Monthly target achievement by agent and item, including whether each agent is on track. Commissions are shown as earned, paid, or awaiting customer payment.

How are the agents performing against their targets?
  • Seasonality

Monthly sales over 24 months: peak and slow months, year-over-year growth, and an outlook for the next 3 months.

Are our sales seasonal? Which months are strongest?
  • Monthly forecast

Sales to date plus an estimate for the remaining days, based on the same weekdays over the last 8 weeks. If a target is set, shows how much must be sold per day.

Will we reach 100,000 this month?
  • ABC analysis

Identifies which items, customers, or groups account for 80% (A), the next 15% (B), and the final 5% (C) of revenue or profit.

Which items generate 80% of revenue?
  • Customers who have stopped buying

Regular customers with no purchase in 60 days, showing their last purchase, usual buying frequency, and how much longer than usual they have been inactive. Number of sales only; no amounts.

    Which customers have stopped buying?
  • Customer segments

Segments customers based on purchases over 2 years: most valuable, regular, new, at risk, declining, and lost — using clear rules, with key customers in each segment and recommended actions.

Who are my most valuable customers, and which ones are we losing?
  • What should I offer the customer?

Shows items the customer used to buy but has stopped buying, as well as the most popular items bought by other customers in the same groups that this customer has not tried yet — including availability. The assistant can then prepare a quote.

    What should I offer Ivanov?
  • Non-moving stock

Items with available stock and no sales during the selected period, including the date of the last sale.

Which items have had no movement for 3 months?
  • What should I order? button

Suggests quantities based on sales, available stock, quantities already ordered, and minimum stock levels, rounded to the item's unit. If you ask about a specific supplier, a draft order for that supplier appears below the answer.

What should I order from supplier X for the next 2 weeks?

By location, showing available stock after reservations and items below minimum stock levels.

How much Lavazza coffee do we have in Ruse?

Estimated total discounts and their share of sales, by employee, customer, or item.

Orders, Inventory & Production

Fulfilment, deadlines, and materials — based on stock and orders, subject to your permissions.

  • Which orders can I fulfil?

Compares unfulfilled customer orders with available stock: fully fulfilable, partially fulfilable, or waiting for stock. Stock is allocated order by order, so “fully” means all orders can be fulfilled together. Also shows total shortages and quantities already on order.

Which customer orders can I fulfil now?
  • Can we deliver?

Available stock minus quantities committed to open orders, plus expected supplier deliveries by the required date — by location, including the earliest date when the required quantity will be available. For multiple items at once, shows what is available now, what will be available later, and which location can fulfil the entire order.

Can we have 10 units of A, 5 of B, and 20 of C by Friday?
  • Customer order check

Before accepting an order, checks each item's availability by the required date, customer-specific prices, credit limit after the order, overdue invoices, and credit holds — using the same rules Bizzio applies when accepting a sale: “approved”, “approved, but…”, “cash or advance payment only”, or “issue”, with explanations.

Customer Ivanov needs 10 units of A and 5 of B by Friday — can we do it?
  • Late deliveries

Supplier orders past their due date, number of days late, and how many customer orders are waiting for the same items.

What expires in the next 30 days?
  • Capital tied up in old stock

Stock by age — up to 90, 180, 365, 720 days, and older — based on receipts (first in, first out) and valued at purchase prices (requires permission to view them). Identifies the items and groups tying up the most capital.

How much capital is tied up in old stock?
  • Supplier performance

Delivery volumes and share, on-time performance against order dates, actual lead times, fulfilled orders, currently late orders, price increases, and returns — with an assessment for each supplier.

Which supplier is late most often?

Which supplier is cheaper for the Coffee group?
  • Get ready for the season

Identifies items whose sales increased in the same weeks last year, forecasts current demand, and recommends order quantities after accounting for available stock and existing orders.

Prepare for the season — what should I order for the next 2 months?
  • Stocktake plan

What is currently in transit between locations?

Sales with deferred dispatch and scheduled dispatches not yet sent, by customer, including due dates and delays.

Goods held by customers that have neither been returned nor invoiced, by customer, value, and how long they have had them.

Which customer is holding our goods?
  • Can I manufacture?

Based on the bill of materials/recipe: required materials, current quantities, how much can be produced now, and what is missing — followed by an order for the shortages.

    Can I manufacture 100 units of X?

Complex questions

The assistant combines several reports and finishes with a concrete next step.

  • Customer needs a quantity by a specific date

Free up cash tied up in inventory
  • What if I increase prices?

Shows the effect of a price change assuming sales volumes stay the same: monthly change in BGN, margin before and after, and how much sales volume could fall while keeping profit unchanged.

If I increase prices in the Coffee group by 5%, how much more will I earn?

For which customers should I put deliveries on hold?

  • Online store description

Generates a web name, description, and group from the item's name and image. The form is filled in for you; you save it.

Create with a button

The assistant prepares the record; you review the form and click the button. It is created only once (double-clicking or opening a second window will not create a duplicate). The draft is valid for up to 24 hours. After creation, “Continue” completes the workflow — for example, creating a quote for the new customer.

A pre-filled, editable form. Prevents duplicates with the same company ID (UIC), email, or name, and applies the company's default settings.

AI email inbox

Emails from the company's mailbox are recognised and imported into Bizzio with a button. Automatic import is limited to fully recognised emails from a verified company address belonging to a known partner.

  • Email recognition

Recognises customer orders, supplier quotes, deliveries, invoices, credit or debit notes, enquiries, and complaints — including the customer and line items.

  • Import into Bizzio button

Creates an order, quote, delivery, invoice, or note from the email, checks for an existing imported document, and attaches the email to the document.

  • Reply to an enquiry button

Customer-specific prices and stock availability come from Bizzio; the assistant only drafts the text. The reply is sent from the same mailbox. Customer prices and orders are used only if the sender has been verified as that customer.

  • Order confirmation and complaints button

Drafts an order confirmation reply; a complaint received by email becomes a CRM activity.

  • New partner from an email button

If the sender is unknown, creates a partner using the company ID (UIC) and VAT number from the email, while preventing duplicates.

Create a 40x30 label with name, barcode, and price

Help & Knowledge

Answers about using Bizzio, based on its guides, menus, and rules.

  • Guides and menus

How to perform an action and where to find it in the menu, based on your permissions.

    Where are item attributes configured?
  • Company notes

Information the administrator has taught the assistant takes precedence over the general user guide.

What have you remembered about the company?

Control & Security

For administrators.

  • Module permissions

Separate permissions for the AI assistant, AI email inbox, AI alerts, and AI log. Every tool and button rechecks permissions each time it is invoked; the assistant can use only the tools made available to that user.

  • AI log

All questions, answers, and actions — who did what, when, and at what cost.

  • Usage limits

A monthly company limit, a daily per-user limit, and an overall server limit; checked before every request.

  • Data validation

Items without barcodes; duplicate barcodes, names, or company IDs (UIC); missing selling prices; inactive items with stock; negative stock; companies without a UIC; and customers without email addresses.

    Check the data for errors
  • Voids by employee

From the log: voided documents and line items by employee, number of sales affected, reasons, and largest cases — highlighting unusual patterns. Requires permission to access the relevant log.

Who has voided the most this month?
  • Self-test

Runs all read-only tools the user has access to, without AI, for a quick check after an update.

  • Data, not instructions

Text from emails, files, and documents is treated as data and cannot instruct the assistant to take action. Links, email addresses, and bank accounts found in an email are never silently inserted into a reply or a document on behalf of the company.

  • Also available in the browser

Works in Bizzio for Windows and in Bizzio3 — Bizzio in the browser.

How to enable it

The pilot version runs on a server in test mode.

  1. In “Module access”, grant the following permissions: AI Assistant (Ask Bizzio), if needed AI email inbox, AI Alerts and — for administrators — AI log.
  2. For email: configure the mailbox under AI Email Inbox › Settings. If the mailbox username is not an email address, configure the sender address for the database on the server.
  3. Run “Self-test” from the AI log.
